AppTrovo has a built-in support ticket system for getting help with purchased products.

How to Create a Ticket

  1. Go to DashboardSupport Tickets.
  2. Click New Ticket.
  3. Select the product you need help with (or "General" for platform issues).
  4. Choose a category (Bug Report, Feature Request, Installation Help, etc.).
  5. Describe your issue in detail and attach screenshots if helpful.
  6. Click Submit.

Response Times

  • Author support: Varies by author (typically 24–48 hours) and requires an active support period.
  • Platform support: We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Include the exact error message you are seeing.
  • Mention your server environment (PHP version, database, hosting provider).
  • Include screenshots where relevant.
  • Describe what you have already tried.

If your support period has ended, extend support to reach the author again.
