Getting Started as an Author

Start Selling on AppTrovo

Becoming an author on AppTrovo is instant — no application or approval process. Register as an author and start uploading products right away.

Quick Start

1. Go to /register/author and create your author account.
2. Complete your author profile (display name, bio, skills).
3. Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts.
4. Submit your first product for review.
5. Once approved by our team, your product goes live on the marketplace.

What You Earn

• 90% of every sale goes to you — the platform fee is a flat 10% with no tiers or volume thresholds.
• The 10% platform fee covers hosting, marketing, and support infrastructure.
• Stripe processing fees are separate and vary by payment method and country. From your Payment Settings you choose whether to absorb them or pass them to the buyer — see Stripe Fees & Payment Settings.
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
