AppTrovo has a built-in support ticket system for getting help with purchased products.
How to Create a Ticket
- Go to Dashboard → Support Tickets.
- Click New Ticket.
- Select the product you need help with (or "General" for platform issues).
- Choose a category (Bug Report, Feature Request, Installation Help, etc.).
- Describe your issue in detail and attach screenshots if helpful.
- Click Submit.
Response Times
- Author support: Varies by author (typically 24–48 hours) and requires an active support period.
- Platform support: We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Include the exact error message you are seeing.
- Mention your server environment (PHP version, database, hosting provider).
- Include screenshots where relevant.
- Describe what you have already tried.
If your support period has ended, extend support to reach the author again.
