Refund Policy

AppTrovo offers refunds within 30 days of purchase under certain conditions.

Eligible for Refund

  • The product is significantly different from its description.
  • The product has a critical bug the author cannot fix.
  • Compatibility issues that were not disclosed in the description.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You downloaded and used the product extensively.
  • You lack the technical skills to use the product.

How to Request

  1. Go to DashboardPurchases.
  2. Find the order and click Request Refund.
  3. Provide a reason for the refund.
  4. Our team reviews the request within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Support-plan extensions can also be refunded by our team where appropriate.
